Welcome to Smartena. These terms govern your access to and use of services provided by Smartena, a smart self-development school specializing in modular programs on goal setting, life planning, healthy habits, and critical thinking.

1. Scope of Offerings
Smartena provides the following categories of offerings: live and online services, digital products, and physical goods.
2. Live and Online Services
Services include workshops, coaching sessions, and interactive courses delivered via online platforms or in person at designated venues. Schedules and details are available at the time of enrollment.
3. Digital Products
Digital products comprise downloadable guides, recorded courses, and templates. Access is granted immediately after purchase via your account dashboard.
4. Physical Goods
Goods include planners, journals, and related materials. Items are shipped to the address you provide during checkout.
5. Payment Terms
All fees are due in full prior to initiation of the selected offering. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.
6. Reimbursement and Rescheduling Policy
6.1 Live and Online Services
Requests for reimbursement must be submitted at least 14 days before the first session date. Due to preparation and scheduling requirements, reimbursement is not available within 14 days of the first session. Approved reimbursements are processed within 30 days using the original payment method. Sessions may be rescheduled once without additional fee if a request is made at least 7 days before the scheduled date. Further changes depend on availability.
6.2 Digital Products
As digital content is delivered immediately, reimbursements are not available after access is granted. If you encounter technical difficulties preventing access, please contact our team for support and potential remediation.
6.3 Physical Goods
You may send back unused items in original condition within 21 days of delivery. To initiate this process, contact us via contact.html. After we receive and inspect the items, approved reimbursements will be processed within 14 days. Transportation costs are not eligible for reimbursement, except when damage or incorrect items are shipped.
7. Cancellation and No-Show
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled live service are considered no-shows and fees remain due in full. If you miss a session without notice, access to subsequent sessions may be restricted.
8. Modifications to Terms
Smartena reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on our site. Continued use of our offerings after updates constitutes acceptance.
